How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard U.S. delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Do I need any sewing experience?
No. Pimsoo kits are designed to be beginner-friendly — no skills needed. Just place the tool over the worn spot, stitch with soft colorful threads, and bloom over the damage beautifully.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Contact us at pimsoo@pimsoo.com and we’ll guide you through the process. Gift cards are non-refundable.
