Refund policy

We want you to love your Pimsoo kit. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we’ll replace it or refund you.

Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
