Do I need any sewing experience to use a Pimsoo kit?
Not at all. Pimsoo kits are designed for complete beginners. Every kit is visual, step-by-step, and calming to use — no skills, patterns, or prior experience required. If you can follow along, you can mend.
What comes in a Pimsoo kit?
Each kit includes everything you need to start repairing right away — mending tools, threads, and easy-to-follow guidance. The exact contents are listed on each product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Enjoy free U.S. shipping on all orders over $65. For orders under $65, a small flat-rate shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding — follow us on Instagram or reach out at pimsoo@pimsoo.com for international requests.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day easy returns. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
